PROJECT MANAGER

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to successfully manage a range of
projects, within budget, scope and on-time!
The PERSON
We are looking for somebody with at least five years experience in a project
management role. The person will have an ability to successfully implement
changes in processes, to effectively communicate across a broad cross section of
the organization, and aptitude and willingness to take a “hands on” approach
where required.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement of plant performance.
The successful candidate will have:
• A high level of written and verbal communication
• An ability to implement process improvements
• An ability to manage time autonomously without instruction and guidance
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
• Outcome focused and determined to succeed in an ever changing
environment

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER( Canterbury)

An opportunity exists within the Sales Team for a driven and
experienced Territory Sales Manager. This role covers the
complete James Hardie customer base for the Canterbury and
West Coast area including distributors, builders, architects,
and commercial customers. The role will have a strong
Primary Demand aspect meaning the successful candidate
must be able to demonstrate the value of James Hardie and
our products, and sell this proposition to a board range of
customers.
The PERSON
Our chosen person will be highly motivated with a passion to
drive for results, utilising their excellent communication and
sales abilities. Your ability to manage time and customers in
an autonomous environment will be paramount to your
success.
The successful candidate will:
• Have proven outstanding sales skills
• Drive initiatives and create these for their market
• Negotiation skills
• An ability to maintain affiliations with key clients
• A full business approach to their sales region
• Ideally a tertiary qualification
