Titan Facade Panel is ideal in this instance as it can create an interesting expressed joint pattern which gives buildings a unique panelised look.
The panel surface is ideal for a number of treatments and textures. Titan Facade Panel is pre-sealed on all six sides which ensures added protection from weathering of the panel. Titan Façade Panel is primed on the face and edges and is ready to be painted.Features/Benefits

Fire Resistance Rating
30 or 60 minute fire resistance rating can be achieved when the walls are constructed in accordance with the James Hardie Fire and Acoustic Technical Specification Manual.
