Villaboard Lining is a high performance board developed for commercial and residential internal wet and dry areas and wherever high impact resistance is needed. It’s a smooth finished wall-lining that can be painted, wallpapered, or tiled to create or complement a wide range of design looks. Because it’s moisture resistant it’s particularly suitable for use in wet areas such as bathrooms and laundries. Villaboard Lining has recessed edges for flush jointing, creating a smoot, and continuous wall surface. It can also be used to create seamless soffits.Features/Benefits

Villaboard Lining is an excellent substrate for tiling and performs well with painted or wallpapered finishes.
Villaboard Lining’s high impact resistance makes it ideal for high-traffic, damage-prone areas, for example, hallways, rumpus rooms and kids’ bedrooms.
Available in 6mm or 9mm thicknesses with recessed edges for flush jointing - available as: four edged recess sheets for large flush jointed areas; two edged recess sheets for vertical fixing on wall; square edged sheets available for expressed or butt joint applications.
Can be used to achieve bracing ratings.

Fire Resistance Rating
30 or 60 minute fire resistance ratings can be achieve when the walls are constructed in accordance with the James Hardie Fire and Acoustic Technical Specification.
